Delete Your Cinly Account

You can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.

Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Cinly app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm — a 30-day grace period begins.

Changed your mind? Simply log back in during the 30 days and the deletion is canceled. After the grace period ends, deletion is permanent.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@cinly.app with the subject "Delete Account", sent from the email address linked to your Cinly account. We will verify ownership and schedule the deletion with the same 30-day grace period, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (email, username, age band) and profile photo
  • Your library — swipe catalog, tracking statuses, follows and points history
  • Your referral code and account-linked analytics records
  • Your preferences and personalization data

During the 30-day grace period your data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Once the grace period ends, your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
